Home in Paradise My spouse and I traveled to Kauai and stayed at Villa Lauloa with 2 other couples as a graduation trip for completing Medical School. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious, with an open floor plan in the main living spaces that was great for cooking, gathering, and relaxing. The home had nice views of the surrounding mountains and is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we were able go for walks and bike rides. The hot tub in the private back yard was an added bonus. Situated in Princeville, we were close to some of the island's most scenic beaches. We had a very memorable stay in this home and can't wait to go back! |

Perfect vacation home! We stayed here with a group of 6 people and we had a blast! I can't say enough great things about this home, it is the perfect location, perfect house and has everything you need during your stay! The first thing we saw as we pulled in to the driveway were the bananas that were ready to be picked off the banana trees, they were delicious :) Once we got into the home we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of all the rooms. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you will need during your stay (great BBQ too) and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed going on morning walks out to queens bath or some of the other local spots and using the complimentary bikes to go to the grocery store to pick up anything we needed to cook that night. The house had a lot of complimentary items that really saved us from needing to go out and spend more money, it has boogie boards, a snorkel mask, beach towels, a closet full of books and magazines, Dvd's, bikes - what more could you ask for?!?! We would definitely recommend it to everyone! Oh, we also enjoyed going out at night and sitting in the jacuzzi while looking at the stars :) |

Fabulous We don't know where to begin. You have a fabulous piece of paradise. There are no words to describe Villa Lauloa. A person needs to experience it first-hand. We were on the island of Kauai to celebrate the wedding of our niece with family and friends arriving from Maryland, Georgia, Minnesota, Arizona, New Mexico and California. The wedding took place on the beach at Hanalei Bay with the most beautiful weather. Villa Lauloa worked out perfect for our group of 8 adults and two children. The location is perfect. During our week's stay on Kauai we went to five different beaches, horseback riding, kayaking, shopping, eating, etc. Your home was very well-equipped with all the equipment needed for everything that we wanted to do. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We all had a great week. The Kraus Family |

It was a dream vacation. Our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Teresa was great to work with. The house was beautiful and easily housed our family. They had everything we needed plus extras like movies, games, books, bikes, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Even laundry soap! We had a great time. The location is awesome and we loved the hot tub. |

What a Great Home! This home was perfect for our family to celebrate a 30th anniversary and 2 birthdays. With a high chair and crib there it was so easy to have a 10 month old along also. Everything was well kept and very clean. The house is beautiful and the setting is so pretty, we can't wait to go back. We loved Kauai. |

Photos don’t do it justice This house was amazing! Worked perfect. We married on the island and the house was so accommodating for all the family. Was really great that everyone had their own space but could still socialise. We had 12 people in the house and it didn't feel like we were triping over each other which is quite a feat! I look forward to returning one day as it was such a welcoming house. Was very affordable as well. Thanks again |

Than you so much for the use of your awesome home! We ha an incredible time checking out the area. My sister was able to come over form Oahu and join us. Having seven of us, your open and spacious home was more than perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out making our vacation much more enjoyable. The views our the upstairs are amazing! It rained really hard the first night so we got to enjoy the amazing waterfalls from the lanai! We had a great time. Thanks again. |

Our stay was very pleasant. The home was very clean and had all the extra water toys for our grandchildren. It was comfortable and was large enough to accommodate our large family without stepping on each other. I would recommend this home to anyone who has a lot of people in their party. |

Fantastic Vacation Home What a wonderful vacation home with lots of extras. My extended family particularly loved: the generously sized rooms, very good quality beds and linens, the garage and portico for extra autos, the state of the art grill, dinner service for 20, and the hot tub. I would absolutely recommend Villa Lauloa to friends and family - especially multi-generational family travelers. |

Thank you so much for opening your home to our family. We were here with most of our family—me and my husband and our two kids (one 3 yr old daughter and 1 yr old son), my husband’s brother and his wife, his younger brother, his mom and step-dad (who were wonderful enough to treat us to this amazing vacation), my husband’s grandparents and his grandpa’s sister and her husband whom most of us met for the first time this week. Kauai is such a beautiful island and we thoroughly enjoyed the beaches, hikes, sightseeing and (for the guys) amazing golf. We took the kids to Anini beach and even my 1 yr old son could go in the water since there are no waves. Some of us were even able to walk out to the reef and see the giant turtles! The sunsets of Bali Hai were gorgeous—we rode the bikes down the street to the lookout point and watched them from there. We’ve had an awesome time and being able to stay in your beautiful home made it that much more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo! |

Thank you for the use of the home for the two families that have become life-long friends. There are not many houses that would sleep all 13 of us comfortably, but yours fit the bill. Two years ago the parents came to Kauai for the first time and we immediately set out plans to bring our families. So here we are at the end of our dream vacation and we are very thankful for our “home-away-from-home”. |

We enjoyed the home, the amenities and the tranquility of the cock-a-doodles. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home, not a house in Kauai. |

Villa Lauloa Resort Review The home was reserved for a family of 10. Upon arrival, I was very pleased to see the condition of the home was the same as shown in the pictures! The home was very adequate for the size of the family. Everyone was happy with their rooms and accessories available to them. I would definitely do this again! Thank you. |

Gorgeous property in Princeville, would stay again This home is beautiful, clean, well maintained and well stocked. The home is modern, with large bedrooms, second floor living area with porch, grill and gorgeous mountain views. It is within walking distance (or driving) of the Bali Hai resort, restaurant and beach. You can also walk to Hidden Beach and Queen's Bath, all on the Princeville property. We have stayed on the southern coast and the very northern end of Kauai on past trips and found this location the best for our family. The customer service was excellent and the maintenance service came within a day to fix a minor problem. This home also has boogie boards, bikes (which we never did find the time to enjoy) tennis racquets, beach towels (a must for Kauai) and a large capacity washer and dryer. Our extended family of 10 all agreed we would love to stay again on our next visit! |

The Perfect Family Vacation We had an amazing time at Villa Lauloa! The house is very spacious and open with great sized bedrooms. There was plenty of space for our whole family to spread out during our 10 day stay. The location on the north shore is great for those looking for a peaceful stay. Very quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to great restaurants, beaches, and shopping. One of our best vacations to date! |

Extraordinary Stay We had a great time on our Kauai Vacation. A big part of this was Villa Lauloa. It was really wonderful to have a home to touch down on and to stretch out and relax in the evenings. We felt right at home and didn't have to worry about anything. This home is within walkable distance to a couple beaches, but it's real allure is the home's comfort and size. It easily accommodated our party (9 + toddler). We'll certainly be looking to stay here again where we're fortunate enough to make it back. Thank you!!! |

One year ago our family sat down to plan a trip to destination unknown. It only took minutes to decide upon Hawaii an seconds after to reach a consensus on Kauai. Your fantastic home provided many opportunities for the family to share experiences and togetherness that doesn't occur during most family vacations. The view of Bali Hai, perfectly framed by the windows in the great room set the tone for the whole week; one of relaxation and magical peacefulness that will remain with us forever. This home will play a large part in our stories that we will tell of this vacation in the coming years, soundtracked by the tropical sound of Iz. |

We spent a fantastic week in your beautiful home on a fantastic island. We had a very busy week leading up to a beautiful wedding at the Princeville Hotel with immediate family and closest friends. Everyone enjoyed the house and your great amenities such as the boogie boards, tennis racquets, bikes, etc. We toured the entire island and enjoyed all the great beaches. We have many great memories and look forward to a return visit. Mahalo |

Two families (me, my wife and our one year old daughter plus another couple and their 3 kids ages 4, 7 & 9) stayed at Villa Lauloa March 19-25. It was perfect for two families!!! Just the right size, excellent layout, very well furnished, and great location near golf and beaches. The boys surfed at Hanalei (Bowls & Pavillions) and Tunnels. The girls enjoyed a spa day at the Princeville resort. Ate at Blues Sushi in Hanalei (very good) and at Hanalei Dolphin (excellent - don't miss the teri ahi!) A wonderful home in a perfect setting = a great vacation!!! Thanks! |

What can we say? This has been, by far, the best vacation that we have ever had! We usually stay in hotels, but after this trip, I think I can safely say we will from now on choose a rental house, if available. It was all of our first trip to Kauai. My husband & I along with my grandparents, parents, 10 yr. old sister, 17 yr. old brother, 23 yr. old sister and her husband & 5 month old son enjoyed your house. We want to sincerely thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us! We stayed quite busy—we kayaked the Waimea river, hiked many different trails to many different waterfalls, surfed, participated in the muddy and exciting ATV tour, golfed & took a beautiful helicopter ride where we were very fortunate to see whales playing on the north shore. We had many good meals while here, but Olympic Café by far had the best breakfast. We will forever remember our time here & regret having to go back to reality! Thanks again! |

We spent our Christmas holiday at Villa Lauloa this year. Eleven members of our family wanted a change for the holidays. We recently lost my brother, Adam, unexpectedly in April of this year and the thought of spending the holidays in the normal fashion without him was not something that we wanted to do. We decided Hawaii, because it was close to his heart, but Kauai was a choice that was made by my cousin who found Villa Lauloa. We spent the week, exploring the beauty of the Garden Island-the helicopter tour was amazing. The Blue Dolphin whale watching was unbelievable and the beaches were pristine! The house was so convenient and well kept that it was a pleasure just reading a book on the patio or in the backyard! They had anticipated our every need and then some. If another family gathering in your beautiful state is an option, we will definitely return. It was the perfect place to complete a perfect trip. We left our worries at home and let the healing of Hawaii take place. Sincerest thanks. |
